REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Please carefully review the policy, terms, and process as they include important information and guidelines for customers and merchants of SARJUDAS DIGITAL TRADING AND ESCROW SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “Induspays”) regarding refunds and cancellations. Induspays reserves the right to update this process periodically, and any changes will be reflected on its official website, induspays.in. We strive to fulfill all orders placed with us according to the specified requirements and timelines. However, if an order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, unavoidable situations, or limitations beyond Induspays control, the order will be canceled and refunded in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Government Authority & Account Blocks
Any authority blocked our amount because of user then we will do same in your ID will restriction till you solve the problem with government authority. If any bank, judicial, or government authority requests to block an account or place a lien on any amount of the Company’s funds due to User activity, the lien on the amount or unblocking of the account/ID will occur only once cleared by the bank or the relevant government authorities.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a service, please reach out to us through the “Contact Us” link. Cancellation requests submitted less than 2 business days before the end of the current service period will be processed as cancellations for the following service period.

Refund Policy
We strive to deliver the best design concepts tailored to our clients’ needs. If a client is not fully satisfied with our products, a refund may be provided.

Refunds for payments made via credit card will be processed back to the original card used at the time of purchase. For payments made through a payment gateway, refunds will be credited to the same account.

Refunds or cancellations may be declined under the following conditions:

The services have already been utilized.

The product is damaged, unusable, or incomplete, contrary to the seller’s claims.

There are outstanding dues on the merchant’s account that remain unpaid.

The account is currently under restriction due to a government authority block as specified above.
